1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Quality / Defective Item Returns
We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, missing parts, or items that do not match our product description.
Once you submit your return request with clear photos/videos and your order number, our team will review it within 3 business days. Approved quality issues qualify for a full refund, free replacement, or free return shipping covered by JollyFurry.
1.2 Non-Quality Returns (Personal Reasons)
Customers may return items for personal reasons including wrong size, style dislike, or changed mind within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To be eligible for return:
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
• All free gifts and bundled items must be returned together.
• Return shipping fee and original shipping cost are non-refundable and are borne by the customer.
After approval, you must ship back the item within 14 calendar days.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
• Damage caused directly by pets (chewing, scratching, tearing, stains)
• Normal wear and tear, fading, aging, or daily usage marks
• Improper use, self-modification, incorrect cleaning or human-caused damage
• Used, washed, heavily soiled or resale-unable products

Return Steps:
1. Contact our customer service via yeochat@gmail.com with your order number and product evidence.
2. Wait for official return authorization and instructions.
3. Send back the package to the designated return address.
4. Our warehouse will inspect the item within 5 business days after receipt.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is inspected and approved:
• Credit/Debit card refunds: completed within 7 business days
• Other payment methods: completed within 20 calendar days
Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing speed.
5. Shipping Fee Rules
• Quality issues: We cover return shipping cost with valid shipping proof.
• Personal reason returns: Customer covers all return shipping fees.
6. General Terms
All return reviews and refunds are processed on U.S. business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This return policy only applies to orders purchased from the official JollyFurry website.
